সঠিকভাবে সম্পূর্ন কন্ডিশনস্ গুলো পড়ুন, অন্যথায় কোনো কারনে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট সাসপেন্ড হলে কোনো রকম আপত্ত্বি/অনুরোধ গ্রহন করা হবে না ।

ম্যাসেজে কোনো গালিগালাজ, হুমকি, কিংবা এমন কোনো প্রোডাক্টের মার্কেটিং করা যাবে না যেটি সব বয়স্ক মানুষের কাছে সামনাসামনি বলা যায় না, যেমন: অ্যাডাল্ট প্রোডাক্ট, মাদক দ্রব্য ইত্যাদি ।
Banglish/Phonetic SMS (Amar, Ami, Tumi etc) প্রেরন করা সম্পূর্ন নিষিদ্ধ । OTP ম্যাসেজ বাংলাতে প্রেরন করার চেস্টা করবেন, অন্যাথায় ডেলিভারিতে বিঘ্ন ঘটতে পারে (যার দ্বায়ভার গ্রিনওয়েব গ্রহন করবে না) , ওটিপি ব্যতিত সকল এসএমএস বিশেষ করে মার্কেটিং/প্রোমোশনাল/নোটিশ/গ্রিটিংস এসএমএস অবশ্যই বাংলাতে প্রেরন করতে হবে, বাংলাতে না পাঠালে অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করে দেওয়া হবে । চাইলে বাংলা এবং ইংরেজি শব্দ একসাথে প্রেরণ করা যাবে, কিন্তু শুধু ইংরেজিতে প্রেরণ করা যাবে না।
আপনি গ্রিনওয়েবের এসএমএস সার্ভিস পার্সোনাল ব্যবহার যেমন বান্ধবীকে ম্যাসেজ দিতে কিংবা যোকোনো ধরনের ভালোবাসা সম্পর্কিত/রোমান্টিক ম্যাসেজ, অ্যাডাল্ট ম্যাসেজ, গালী, কিংবা হুমকি দেবার কাজে ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না । যদি করেন অ্যাকাউন্ট সাথে সাথে সাসপেন্ড করে দেওয়া হবে এবং এ ক্ষেত্রে কোনো ধরনের রিকোয়েস্ট গ্রহনযোগ্য হবে না । যে কোনো ধরনের ব্যক্তিগত এসএমএস প্রেরন করা সম্পূর্ন নিষিদ্ধ ( এমনকি নিজের নাম্বারেও না )
এসএমএস এর মেয়াদ উত্তির্ন হবার পর ভ্যালিডিটি বাড়ানোর অনুরোধ গ্রহনযোগ্য হবে না । তবে মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ হবার ৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানানো হলে তবে আমরা পুর্বের ব্যালেন্স নতুন ব্যালেন্সের সাথে যুক্ত করতে পারবো।
এসএমএস সাধারনত instant ক্রয় করা এবং পাঠানো যায় তবে বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে ১-২ ঘন্টা সময় লাগতে পারে ।
সিঙ্গেল OTP এসএমএস সাধারনত ৩-৯ সেকেন্ডে প্রেরন হয় , তবে অনাকাঙ্খিত নেটওয়ার্কজনীত সমস্যা হলে অনির্দিষ্ট সময় লাগতে পারে ।
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে যে এসএমএস প্রেরণ হবে তার সম্পূর্ন দ্বায়ভার আপনার হবে, যদি আপনি এসএমএস সার্ভিস খারাপ উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করা হলে আপনার বিরুদ্ধে আইনানুগব্যবস্থা গ্রহন করা হবে ।
Ads দেখে টাকা উপার্জন, এমএলএম টাইপ ইকমার্স সাইট/অ্যাপ্লিকেশন, ptc, ppc, Forex, Banking, dollar buy sell, dollar exchanging site, betting, gambling অথবা illegal যেকোনো সাইট থেকে কোনো রকম এসএমএস প্রেরন করা যাবে না । এরকম সাইট থেকে এসএমএস প্রেরন করলে অ্যাকাউন্ট সাসপেন্ড করা হবে এবং কোনো প্রকার রিফান্ড করা হবে না । জুয়া/গেমিং/বেটিং রিলেটেড সাইট থেকে এসএমএস প্রেরণ করার চেস্টা করা হলে আইনানুগব্যবস্থা ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হবে।
অনুমতি ব্যতিত সকল ধরনের রাজনৈতিক এসএমএস নিষিদ্ধ । তবে যেকোনো নির্বাচনের প্রচারণার ম্যাসেজ BTRC নিয়মানুযায়ী প্রেরণ করা যাবে।
পুরাতন এসএমএস প্যাকেজ মেয়াদ উত্তীর্ন হবার পূর্বে যদি নতুন এসএমএস প্যাকেজ অর্ডার করা হয় তবে অ্যাকাউন্টে থাকা অবশিষ্ট এসএমএস নতুন প্যাকেজের সাথে যুক্ত হবে । এসএমএস এর মেয়াদ রাত ১০.৩০ এ শেষ হবে ।
কাস্টমার সাপোর্টে কল করে বাজে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না, এক্ষেত্রে সাথে সাথে অ্যাকাউন্ট সাসপেন্ড করা হবে এবং ভবিষ্যতে কোনো রকম সেবা দেওয়া হবে না । আমরা শুধুমাত্র সার্ভার এবং এসএমএস ডেলিভারিতে সমস্যা হলে তার টেকনিক্যাল সাপোর্ট প্রদান করি । এর বাহিরে API integration, Plugin Setup, SMS Sending, Account Opening সহ যাবতীয় সকল কাজ কাস্টমার এর নিজের করতে হবে ।
নিয়মভঙ্গের জন্য অ্যাকাউন্ট সাসপেন্ড হলে কোনোরকম টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না, আমরা আপনার প্রতিটি এসএমএস মনিটর করি এবং নিয়মভঙ্গের জন্য বিনা নোটিশে অ্যাকাউন্ট সাসপেন্ড করার ক্ষমতা রাখি, এছাড়াও উপরের কন্ডিশন গুলো সকল নাম্বার ( এমনকি ইউজারের নিজের নাম্বারের ক্ষেত্রেও প্রযোজ্য হবে, আমরা শুধু কনটেন্ট দেখবো কাকে প্রেরন করেছেন তা দেখবো না সুতরাং নিজের নাম্বারে এসএমএস পাঠিয়ে আমাদের terms & Conditions ভাঙ্গলেও আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট সাসপেন্ড করা হবে ।

Please read all the terms and conditions carefully. No objections or requests will be accepted if your account is suspended for any reason.

Messages must not contain any abusive language, threats, or promotion of products that are inappropriate for general adult audiences, such as adult products or narcotics.
Use of Banglish or phonetic SMS (e.g., Amar, Ami, Tumi) is strictly prohibited. OTP messages should be sent in Bangla to ensure successful delivery. All SMS, except OTPs, including marketing, promotional, notification, and greeting messages, must be sent in Bangla. Accounts sending messages solely in English will be suspended. Sending combined Bangla and English words is permitted.
Personal use of the SMS service, such as sending messages to friends or any romantic, adult, abusive, or threatening content, is strictly forbidden. Violation will result in immediate account suspension without the possibility of appeal. Personal SMS, including those sent to your own number, are prohibited.
Requests to extend SMS validity after expiration will not be accepted. However, if notified within 72 hours of expiry, remaining balances may be credited to a new package.
SMS purchases and delivery are generally instant, though in some cases, processing may take 1–2 hours.
Single OTP SMS messages are typically delivered within 3 to 9 seconds; however, network issues may cause delays.
Users are fully responsible for all messages sent from their accounts. Misuse of the SMS service for unlawful purposes will result in legal action.
SMS messages must not be sent from websites or applications related to earning money by watching ads, MLM e-commerce, PTC, PPC, Forex trading, banking, currency exchange, betting, gambling, or any illegal activities. Violations will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any fees paid. Legal measures will be pursued for attempts to send SMS from gambling or betting related sites.
All political SMS messaging is prohibited without prior authorization. However, election campaign messages may be sent in accordance with BTRC regulations.
If a new SMS package is purchased before the current package expires, remaining SMS credits will be carried over to the new package. SMS validity ends daily at 10:30 PM.
Customer support services must be used responsibly. Abusive behavior will lead to immediate account suspension and termination of future support. Technical assistance is limited to server and SMS delivery issues; all API integration, plugin setup, SMS sending, and account management tasks must be performed by the user.
Accounts suspended due to violations will not be refunded. All SMS traffic is monitored, and the provider reserves the right to suspend accounts without prior notice for non-compliance. These terms apply to all phone numbers associated with the account, including the user’s own numbers.
